Logo Punching is a Custom Logo Design and Website Design Service which is always ready to provide quality services to its customers and we try our level best to complete the order within the given deadline according to the requirements of our clients. In order to use our service you have to sign up with us.

As a Customer or our Client you have to agree to get bounded by the Terms and Conditions for using our services which are as follows.

Logo Punching has a right to update or to revise the following mentioned Terms and Conditions with no obligation at any time by revising or rectifying this content or material. You should be aware to go through this Terms and Conditions posted content from time to time to review the Terms and Conditions of the website.
All services which we provide by and which is related to Logo Punching, and all text, images, photographs, user interface, "look" and "feel", data and all other content or material mentioned or designed at Logo Punching periodically (including, without limitation, the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content) are sometimes referred to as the "Web Site" and/or "Service. You should accept and be agreed that Logo Punching have the rights in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse or remove any picture, image, or project and/or user provided content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects or content that is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others.

Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgement to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. You should accept and be agreed that Logo Punching can access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

Logo Punching has a legal right to update, modify, rectify or to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time with no obligation on Logo Punching and without any notice. You are going to be responsible for yourself to periodically go through all our stated Terms and Conditions. You should be agreed that Logo Punching will not be responsible for any liability to you or to any other party for any changes, amendment, suspension or any other update to the Terms and Conditions as mentioned.

Refund,Cancellation or VAT/Tax Policy

After the submission of the initial design concepts are approved by the designers. After that if somehow Logo Punching terminates your contract for any reason, Logo Punching will give you a complete refund for your money, in a case where you request at the time when the initial concepts for a logo are introduced and the delivery is not done. Therefore, if you have approved or already requested changes in the initial designing and the service provided, the money return policy or guarantee would become void and the request for a refund cannot be entertained. This refund policy will be applied on all the packages whether it is a bundle, bonus or any other promotional package.

You will be entitled for a refund in the bundle packages only in the case where you accept to get the refund for the design which is still not designed within the given deadline. The eligibility to claim the refund for the website service is only applicable at the time of initial. Originally the refunds are subject to a minimum cost or an Administration Fee bared by the company. If you need to apply for a refund, so in that case you should provide Logo Punching with a proper or a valid reason which should contain a legitimate reason against the design brief and should have submitted with one revision at least. Until and unless a design concept has not been designed according to the description, a refund would not be entertained. Money Return Policy is on the basis of an order which is placed in a good faith.

A lot of customers do order with one or more designing service providers for the same project with the unfair intentions to claim a refund from the one for not liking the concept comparatively, so we do not call it to be a good faith. In this type of case we keep the right to cancel or deny a refund request. We suggest our customers to give us with a feedback and a chance to revise as every service provider do need a feedback and additional suggestions from the Customers. We at Logo Punching offers a surely unique design guarantee with the entitlement for re-designing if the logo which is designed is found somehow similar to any another logo which already exist. So in that case the resemblance to an existing logo design would be a coincidence and Logo Punching is not in a favour to agree on any liability or a claim of any type of compensation on behalf of that case. It is a customer’s responsibility totally to register and get their art work copyrighted. You are only allowed to cancel the order 24 hours prior to the deadline in which you get a complete refund otherwise, you will be charged a minimum cost or the Administration Fee bared by the company which can vary according to the working done, but at least will be 10% of the original amount of the order.

Credit card Payments which is Visa, Master and Amex are going to be processed by 2CO merchant services. We accept cheque, money order, cash transfers, and all other options advertised at the very bottom on the main page of the website.

All prices advertised on this website are excluding VAT/Tax. Orders which are placed from a billing address where VAT is in law for every transaction, so the customer would be charged VAT/Tax accordingly at the applicable rate.

Rectification Policy

One year FREE RECTIFICATION. During this time period if there are any defects or anything which you have observed is not according to what you expected, so in that case we can rectify the order according to your additional description.

Logo Punching Technical Working

Format of the File: The source files will be provided in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format. The fonts would be converted into outlines. Other formats which will be sent are going to be in JPEG, TIFF, EPS, GIF and PDF. Additional formats can be provided upon request.

Color Theme:

The existing color theme for our logo designs is provided in the CMYK format or until and unless you would describe that you require PMS (Pantone) before the designers would start working on the order placed. Any format change which is requiredonce the working is started on the order description provided, so there will be an extra charge on it. You are going to be liable for the preparation and uploading or posting any descriptions for each of your Creative Briefs on the Web Site, including providing samples illustrating your Creative Brief and any relevant deadlines. For each Response to a Creative Brief that you are willing to receive, a term sheet will be generated which will contain, and be subject to, the terms and conditions you have generated for the Creative or Revision Brief.

Logo Punching is not obligated to review any Creative or Revision Brief or Term Sheet for any purpose, including accuracy, completeness of information, quality or clarity. Logo Punching has a right to decide, in its sole discretion, to refuse a Creative or Revision Brief or a Term Sheet.

At the time when Logo Punchingwill provide you with a Response, so in that case you are going to be responsible for the review of any Response. Somehow, you are not able to timely inform Logo Punching that the Response is not reasonably responsive to the related Term Sheet or Creative Brief, you will be considered to have accepted the Response. If you timely inform Logo Punching that you think a response is not reasonably responsive to the related Creative Brief, you shall then submit to the Web Site a Revision Brief containing information regarding rectifications or modification to be made to the initial Response. After you provide Logo Punching with a Revision Brief, We will provide you with a subsequent Response that conforms to the additional criteria you requested. Logo punching is not responsible for the content of Responses developed to the extent that such Responses are prepared to conform to your Creative orRevision Briefs.

Legal Entitlement To Use Our Service

In order to get registered to our website, use our service or to order as a Customer, you need to be at least 18 years of age and should be agreed on our all the policies mentioned in the description of our Terms and Conditions. In subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned, you can display the Web Site on an Internet access device, on an occasional, infrequent and ad hoc basis, A part from the permitted acts in the mentioned Terms and Conditions, you are not allowed to advertise or print the Web Site and in no event may you broadcast, circulate, distribute, download, perform, publish, rent, reproduce, sell, store, transmit or create decorative works from the Web Site. Without limiting especially the writing or speech, you agree for not submitting, post, communicate or store information or other content or material on, to or through the Web Site that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner.

If you delete or revise a content or any other information of any other user of Logo Punching, any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Web Site's development, use any device, software or routine to interrupt with the proper working of the Service or any activity being conducted on the Web Site, use or a try to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism to search the Web Site, other than the search engine and search agents available from Logo Punching on the Web Site and other than generally available other web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator).

However Logo Punching makes every possible effort to determine the identity of Customers. Logo Punching does not confirm that any Customer orany other user is the same as they claim to be. We do not confirm that any Customer or other user has the same qualifications as mentioned or is claiming to carry.

Logo Punching does not get involved in any user-to-user dealings or is responsible to control the behavior of participants on the Web Site designed by Logo Punching. If you are in the middle or involved in a dispute with one or more users, you hereby release Logo punching (and our affiliates, agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or anything which is connected with your disputes.

You should hereby agree to defend and shouldhold harmless Logo Punching and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees from any action, claim, demand, or liability arising from or relating to the violation or disturbance by you for any of the mentioned Terms and Conditions or the limitations for the use of the Web Site, and any related expenses incurred in connection therewith, including, without limitation, possible attorneys' fees.
